Last updated May 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Vivetti collects through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Vivetti ("Vivetti", "we", "us") is an energy consultancy based at 6 Caroline Atounah Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria. We are the controller of the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at vivettivivetti@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: when you send an inquiry or apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, company, the topic of your message, and anything else you choose to include.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, assess job applications, provide and improve our services and website, keep the website secure, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal effect on you.
4. Our legal basis
We process personal information where you have given consent (for example by submitting a form), where it is necessary to respond to your request or to take steps before entering a contract, where we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our business that does not override your rights, and where we must comply with the law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and our business, such as our website hosting and form-handling providers and our email provider. They may process data only on our instructions.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when you visit. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process information outside Nigeria. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected to a standard consistent with applicable data protection law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and job application information for as long as it is relevant to recruitment, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at vivettivivetti@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to read their policies.
