Vivetti was founded on a simple observation: the people running energy businesses were being asked to make some of the largest and longest-lived decisions in the economy, with advice that was often either too generic to act on or too narrowly technical to trust commercially.

The sector was changing faster than most organisations could absorb. Demand patterns were shifting, new technologies were moving from pilot to deployment, regulation was multiplying across jurisdictions, and investors were asking harder questions about transition risk. Leaders needed an adviser who could hold all of that in view at once.

We built Vivetti to be that adviser: a focused consultancy that combines strategic thinking, technical understanding and regulatory insight, and that works as an extension of the client's own team. We keep our teams small and senior, we say what the evidence shows, and we measure ourselves by the decisions our clients are able to make and the results that follow.
